These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement ("Agreement") between you and Cerlucent, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Cerlucent website, including any subdomains thereof, and any other websites through which Cerlucent makes its services available (collectively, "Website"), and application program interfaces(collectively, "Application") and all associated services including information, software, product demonstration, text, displays, images, video, audio recordings, and user interfaces included in or generated by the Website, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, "Cerlucent"). The Website, Application and Cerlucent Services together are herein after collectively referred to as the "Cerlucent Platform".
